The “Czech Get Up” is derived from the work of Professor Pavel Kolar, P.T., Ph.D. and the Prague School of Rehabilitation www.rehabps.com . The “Czech Get Up” follows the concepts and principles of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) which is based on the scientific principles of developmental kinesiology (DK), i.e., the neurophysiological aspects of the maturing locomotor system.
